Questions, answered

Do I need a card to start?

No. Free gives you 5 captures a month with no card. You only add payment when you choose a paid plan.

What happens if I reach my capture limit?

We tell you calmly and let you keep working on anything already started. You can upgrade for more each month, or add a one-off capture pack that never expires. We never cut off a job that is already running.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down whenever you like. Changes take effect from your next billing date, and annual subscribers keep their rate for the term they paid for.

How does billing work, and when am I charged?

Monthly plans are charged each month, annual plans once a year. Boosts are one-off purchases charged when you buy them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you want and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We will not silently downgrade what you already use.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future charges. Boosts are one-off purchases and are non-refundable, since the credits are used to run AI processing.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are in GBP with VAT included and handled by our payment provider, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Is there a plan for teams or organisations?

Circle covers study groups and small teams from 2 seats. For larger groups or education rollouts, get in touch and we will help.
